Payroll Setup & Management · Jasper, GA & beyond
Pay your team correctly every payday, with federal and state payroll taxes, filings and year-end forms handled in the background by a CPA firm that understands the trades.
Late payroll tax deposits, misclassified workers and missing state filings are some of the most common — and most costly — problems we see in small trade businesses. The IRS treats unpaid payroll taxes more seriously than almost any other tax debt.
We set up and run payroll so your crew gets paid accurately and on time, and the deposits, quarterly returns and year-end forms happen without you thinking about them. Because we also keep your books, payroll ties out to your financials automatically — including labor costs by job when you need them.

Questions
Yes. We'll transfer year-to-date totals so W-2s are correct and there are no gaps in tax deposits or filings.
It's common for businesses in North Georgia and the Chattanooga area. We'll make sure the right state registrations and withholding are in place based on where your employees live and work.
It depends on how much control you have over how, when and where they work — not on what you call them. Misclassification can lead to back taxes and penalties, so we review this with you during setup.
If your business is taxed as an S corporation, yes — owners who work in the business generally need to take a reasonable salary through payroll. We set that up as part of our S-corp planning.
